Shipping Locations and Couriers

OmegaKids offers nationwide shipping across the United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska. 

All our items are shipped through couriers such as USPS, UPS and/or FedEx. 

International:

At this time, we can ship to a shipping locker in the United States for a carrier to send internationally. Our responsibility ends when the products are delivered to the US shipping locker (all additional freight charges and shipment tracking information from the international freight carriers is the customers responsibility.)

Processing and Shipping Times:

• Order(s) are handled on a first-come, first-served basis
• Order(s) are processed within 3-4 business days from the order date
• Order(s) typically arrive between 3-7 business days after order processing
• Tracking information is emailed to all customers via a shipping confirmation at the time of order processing
• Please be aware that our warehouse is closed on weekends.
